FXH / FXHonest is a trading tools and education provider. We are not regulated as a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice. All signals, bots, and educational content are provided for informational and tool-based purposes only. Users assume full responsibility for their trading decisions, broker selection, account management, and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription nature. Digital tools, signals, VPS setup support, and AI bot workflows are provided as monthly service packages. Access is granted upon confirmed payment.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Setup fees. One-time setup or configuration fees may apply to VPS provisioning and custom bot deployment. These fees may be non-refundable once work has begun or server resources have been allocated.
No guaranteed results. FXH does not guarantee trading profits, signal accuracy, or bot performance. All tools are provided on an "as is" basis for educational and operational support purposes.
Dispute resolution. For billing questions or refund requests, contact admin@fxhonest.net within 14 days of the transaction. FXH reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside these terms.
